Jim’s unique combination of strength & conditioning expertise and business success have given him the opportunity to help other coaches and business owners cultivate their own successes.
As a sports training business consultant, he has helped sports performance facility owners create more profitable businesses, guided schools to appropriate decisions on staffing and equipment purchase and taught independent trainers/coaches how to be both better coaches and businesspeople. Jim also consults with many schools and teams on acceleration mechanics, speed development, and performance training.
“I feel absolutely blessed to have the experiences I have had, and I gain tremendous satisfaction from helping others learn from my mistakes, successes and experiences in this field.”
– Jim Kielbaso
“Jim helped us get our facility up and running and his support and advice were invaluable. The info on USC taught us all the little details we needed to be successful.”
Ruben Lopez – True Athlete Training Systems, Ontario, CA
“I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and I have been enlightened by listening to Jim speak at many clinics. When he came to our school for a P.E. teacher’s in-service, I thought I would hear him re-affirm what I have already heard. I was wrong. Every time I hear Jim share information, I pick up something new – another technique or tool to add to my curriculum. Everybody is still talking about your in-service.”
Rich Kirby CSCS – Ludington High School
Jim speaks at clinics, seminars and conferences all over the country, and is often requested to do one-day seminars at clinics or at schools for either the athletic department or the physical education department. He is available to speak at your function and can be contacted at jim@totalsportscomplex.com.
