The end of the year is always crazy, but we somehow find a way to break through it all and create New Years Resolutions at the beginning of the year. These resolutions are basically goals – the goals we have for the new year. But, until we take a look back at the year, we might be short-changing ourselves or leaving something out.
I’ve engaged in a process of taking a year-end inventory to see all of successes, failures, challenges, opportunities, missed opportunities and areas for growth. Taking a look backward is a great way to decide how you’d like to move forward, so this episode is all about taking a brief look backward before you start thinking about new goals.
It’s a very simple process, and there’s no right or wrong way to go about it. Take a quick listen to one of the shortest episodes yet, and start your homework assignment right away so you’re ready for the big goal-setting time of the year.
